Reliability-Based Optimization for Fatigue Maintenance Planning of Freight Car

Abstract: The performance of bogie decreases according as traveling distance increases. Its causes were expected to be fatigue, wear, and deterioration. Especially, maintenance coat needs about triple than manufacture cost during required life in case of container and uncovered freight car.
