“…We propose here the creation of a typology of acceptability of wine-stress by discovering consumers. We question the risk aversion of this type of neoconsumer based on sources of well-being/stress with technology (technostress and techno-well-being), and the degree of acceptance of wine-stress (stress linked to the complexity of the tasting experience - Visalli et al 2023).
