Abstract: Iron (Fe)-loaded biochar has garnered attention for its potential applications in recent years. However, the pyrolysis process of Fe-loaded biochar generates polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which can have adverse effects on both human health and the environment.
