Relationships between diurnal adrenocortical activity, children’s attachment security and mothers’ attachment representations

Abstract: This study investigated the relationship between diurnal adrenocortical activity and attachment quality (children's secure base behaviours and mothers' attachment representations). Forty-two children ranging in age from 18 to 26 months of age and their mothers participated in this study.
