Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stigma levels of teachers and teachers' organizational justice perceptions. Relational survey model was used in research. Teachers' opinions on stigma level and organizational justice were reviewed.

Stigma defines the process where a target's attribute or set of attributes is devalued by an existing social group (Phelan, Link, & Dovidio, 2008). It is also expressed as an attribute which is discrediting in organizations. On the other side, Jones, and colleagues (1984) stated undesired situations like physical violence, bullying and mobbing can observe towards to the labeled employees in organizations. Moreover, perception of stigma influences employees' behaviors, attitudes, and work outcomes. Intention to quit, dissatisfaction and disengagement are undesired attitudes in the workplace. Although, they are various factors that affect these variables, stigma also continues to increase its impact on negative outcomes. In addition, the increasing importance of psychosocial relationships and psychological factors on employees' perceptions reveals the need to examine the concept of stigma in detail in work-related studies. For that reason, in this study, it was mentioned about stigma, intention to quit, dissatisfaction and disengagement in the conceptual framework. Later, a research model was created related to variables. Finally, with this study, it is expected to tend scholars to researches about stigma in organizations.

Organizational Commitment Levels of Preschool Teachers and Administrators' Leadership Styles

The organizational commitment levels of preschool teachers are crucial to have an effective early childhood education. One of the most influential factors affecting organizational commitment is administrators' leadership style. This research explored the correlation between administrators' leadership styles and organizational commitment levels of preschool teachers. The correlational survey design was used as one of the quantitative research models in this study. Participants in the study were preschool teachers in Istanbul's Küçükçekmece district. The research was conducted during the 2017-2018 academic year. There are 237 teachers in the study sample. The 5-point Likert type Organizational Commitment Scale with 27 items and the Leadership Style Scale with 35 items were used to collect data. It was found that teachers generally identified with their organizations and internalized the organization’s values, while school administrators were perceived as using a transformational leadership style. The study found a statistically significant correlation between the leadership styles of administrators and the levels of organizational commitment of preschool teachers. In preschool institutions, teachers' institutional commitment is essential for the development of students. Therefore, administrators should be sensitive to their leadership styles to make the commitment levels of preschool teachers high. The research has limitations like being a local one, done in a relatively short time, and the participants were only teachers working in public schools. Okul müdürlerinin okulda görev yapmakta olan personele ve ilişkili olunan personele ilişkin ötekileştirme davranışlarının belirlenebilmesi eğitim ve okul yönetimi açısından alana önemli katkı sağlayabilir. Bu gerekçeler doğrultusunda bu çalışmanın amacı, okul müdürlerinin ötekileştirme davranışlarını ölçmeye yarayan geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. 52 maddeden oluşan taslak ölçek Batman ilinde, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan 475 öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapı geçerliği için Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ve yapının doğrulanması için Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) aynı veri ile yapılmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizine göre ölçek, öz değeri birden büyük beş alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Toplam varyansın %68,445’ini açıklamaktadır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre Ki-kare değeri kabul edilebilir, AGFI kabul edilebilir düzeydedir. GFI (iyilik uyum indeksi) kabul edilebilir, NFI kabul edilebilir, IFI kabul edilebilir ve RMR mükemmel uyum düzeyindedir. Modelin RMSEA değeri de kabul edilebilir düzeydedir. Bu sonuçlara göre, ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu söylenebilir.
