“…The effects of hue and color saturation on perceived brightness were examined by Wang in 2020. Results showed that, the effect of varying color saturation on the ratio of the system equivalent luminance to luminance (Leq/L) of hue is as follows: blue>red>green [15], which is exactly in line with the pupil diameter calculation model. Subjective and objective experiments yielded identical results, confirming the important influence of pupil size on perceived brightness.…”
