Relationship between medication synchronization and antiretroviral adherence

Abstract: In insured, HIV-infected, adult outpatients, implementation of a medication synchronization program was associated with improved ART adherence. Future studies are needed to better assess the impact of medication synchronization on clinical outcomes.
