Relationship Between Joint Tenting of Resilient Floor Covering and Moisture Vapor Emission of Concrete Slab

Abstract

The relationship with the moisture vapor emission of slab concrete was examined for the joint tenting of resilient floor covering.Humidity test paper method was applied as the measurement of the moisture vapor emission. We grasped color chart value using color reader as the indicator of the moisture vapor emission. Specimens ware made by different curing conditions, and their moisture vapor emission and moisture content were measured.As a result, the coefficient of thermal expansion could not be represented by the moisture content, but could be represented by the moisture vapor emission.
