The main aim of this research is to analyze whether the firm's innovation capacity and innovation performances differs according to the level of training/education of its managers as well as analyzing whether the capacity of innovation of the companies effects the innovation performances. To do this, the data was gathered by means of a questionnaire from 456 participating managers working in 274 firms listed among the top 500 companies in Turkey. The research hypotheses were tested by analyzing obtained data by making confirmatory factor analyses, correlations analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis and regression with SPSS 24 software. As a result of the research, in terms of innovation performance, there is a difference between the managers who have master's degree and the managers who have other training/educational level. In addition to these, firm's innovation capacity significantly effects innovation performance in a positive way.

The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of innovation on the relationship of organizational learning to company performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses an explanatory approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to managers of the company's business units in the industrial area of PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. The sample in this study was 205, which was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the study indicate that innovation can mediate the influence of organizational learning on company performance. This study provides important empirical evidence to support the role of innovation as an intervening variable to improve the effect of organization learning on company profile.

Management of technology and innovation is a topic that has been subjected to a lot of discussions by the academicians and practitioners alike. Furthermore, researchers have emphasized the importance of the role that knowledge management/knowledge sharing can play in promoting innovation in an organization. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the role of social capital and knowledge sharing in achieving innovation capability of an organization. It also discusses the role that knowledge quality might play in fostering the innovation capability of an organization. The basic research model was developed based on an in-depth review of the extant literature and subsequently tested based on survey data collected from 97 senior executives across multiple pharmaceutical organizations in India. The findings of the partial least squares structural equation modeling indicated that knowledge quality and explicit and tacit knowledge sharing had a significant effect on innovation capability of pharmaceutical organizations in India. It further highlighted that although relational and cognitive social capital play a significant role in improving the quality of shared knowledge among the employees, structural social capital did not have a significant role to play.The findings of this study are expected to aid the pharmaceutical sector to understand the role that knowledge sharing might play in achieving its innovation capability and design knowledge management strategies accordingly.
