Relationship between emotional intelligence and job well‐being in Chinese Registered Nurses: Mediating effect of communication satisfaction

Abstract: Aim To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and job well‐being among Chinese Registered Nurses, and the mediating role of communication satisfaction in the relationship.
