Relationship between Blurring and Refocus Flip Angle in 3D-double Inversion Recovery MRI

Abstract: SummaryIt is important to optimize imaging parameters in 3D-double inversion recovery (DIR) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for detecting cortical micro lesions.
