Abstract: This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the temporal variations in the area and evapotranspiration (ET) of five key lakes on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau: Qinghai Lake, Hara Lake, Eling Lake, Gyaring Lake, and Ulan Ula Lake.
