Relations of water-quality constituent concentrations to surrogate measurements in the lower Platte River corridor, Nebraska, 2007 through 2011

Abstract: Specific conductance is given in microsiemens per centimeter at 25 degrees Celsius (µS/cm at 25°C). Turbidity units are given in Formazin Nephelometric Units (FNU).

“…We chose these two experimental temperatures because they were six degrees on either side of the previously established optimum temperature for other populations from this location (26 • C) (Salsbery and De-Long, 2018), and this also aligns well with typical temperatures of their previous environment.
