Abstract: A nonequilibrium statistical thermodynamic approach (Molski, A.; Keizer, J. J. Phys. Chem. 1993, 97, 8707) developed to study relations among rate coefficients for steady state, time domain, and frequency domain fluorescence quenching is extended to the case where static quenching is present.
