Relation of nucleosomes to nucleotide sequences in the rat

Abstract: The relation of nucleosomes to nucleotide sequences is random for most single copy sequences in rat liver. This could be due to variation in the DNA content of nucleosomes, and a procedure for detecting such variation is described.
