Abstract

The SARS Cov19 pandemic has changed the way to make medicine forever. Of all the disciplines, it is perhaps bioethics that must best adapt to the new times ahead. The technologies indicated for the virtual healthcare environment, biosafety barriers and social distancing; has left negative marks on the doctor-patient relationship, which has become less communicative and personal; to become something more automated. It is time to adapt our own capacities to improve and optimize our care. This article deals with the limitations of the doctor-patient relationship in the context of the pandemic, and what strategies professionals and students can implement to improve it.
