Reinventing Undergraduate Clinical Placements with a Switch to Delivery by Clinical Teaching Fellows

Abstract: Purpose Undergraduate clinical placements have the potential for significant improvement. Previous research has shown the growing value of clinical teaching fellows (CTFs) within medical education.
