Abstract:This case study examines the rehabilitation process of a 24-year-old female patient with thalassemia major (TM), a hereditary hemoglobinopathy, who also suffered from distal ulnar hypoplasia, a congenital anomaly that causes pain and affects the wrist joint's strength and range of motion.
