Abstract:Introduction: This report presents a case of external ophthalmoplegia caused by medial longitudinal fasciculus (MLF) syndrome. The patient underwent oculomotor rehabilitation by an occupational therapist during hospitalization and voluntary training supervised by the occupational therapist after discharge.
