Wprowadzenie: Szpiczak mnogi (MM) jest jednym z najczęstszych złośliwych nowotworów kości. Podstawową procedurą leczenia szpiczaka mnogiego jest chemioterapia połączona z autologicznym przeszczepem komórek macierzystych. Leczenie operacyjne, polegające na wycięciu guza, jest wskazane, gdy istnieje ryzyko patologicznego złamania kości lub ucisku guza na korzenie nerwowe. Konieczne jest stworzenie indywidualnego planu leczenia we współpracy interdyscyplinarnej. Ważnym elementem leczenia jest pomoc w zakresie rehabilitacji. Celem pracy było wskazanie procedur rehabilitacyjnych w leczeniu szpiczaka mnogiego po rekonstrukcji endoprotezy w okresie szpitalnym.Materials and methods: The work was written based on the medical history of a patient diagnosed with multiple myeloma in the proximal part of the right femur. The entire treatment procedure was carried out at the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology and Oncology of the Musculoskeletal System, located at Unii Lubelskiej 1 in Szczecin.Results: Rehabilitation in the treatment process of patients after resection of the tumor in the proximal part of the femur and arthroplasty is implemented as early as 1 day after the surgery in order to activate the patient as soon as possible. The rehabilitation program was as individualized as possible to the patient and included modern techniques such as osteopathy and manulana therapy.Wniosek: Rehabilitacja jest nieodzownym elementem leczenia chorych na nowotwory. Wprowadzenie do rehabilitacji nowoczesnych technik wpływa pozytywnie na skuteczność terapii. Wczesne rozpoczęcie rehabilitacji przynosi wymierne korzyści w trakcie leczenia i powrót pacjenta do aktywnego udziału w życiu społecznym.

Сеченова (Сеченовский университет), Москва, РФЭффективность ускоренного восстановления при эндопротезировании коленного и тазобедренного суставов неоднократно обозначена в отечественных и зарубежных исследованиях� Отмечается значительный медицинский, социальный и экономический эффект в виде снижения частоты послеоперационных осложнений, летальности и сокращения пребывания пациента в стационаре� Ключевыми аспектами программы ускоренного восстановления являются предоперационная подготовка, анестезиологическое пособие, послеоперационное обезболивание, в частности мультимодальное обезболивание и регионарная анальгезия, ранняя реабилитация� Внедрение программы ускоренного восстановления при эндопротезировании коленного и тазобедренного суставов в медучреждениях Российской Федерации, основанной на клинических исследованиях и метаанализах высокого уровня доказательности, позволит улучшить качество оказания медицинской помощи и удовлетворенность пациентов� Важно отметить необходимость создания российских рекомендаций с учетом опыта применения различных методик ускоренного восстановления в отечественных медучреждениях, а также особенностей организации системы здравоохранения России� Это послужит базой для дальнейшего повсеместного внедрения протоколов ускоренного восстановления после оперативных вмешательств в нашей стране�

Aim of the study: to conduct a systematic analysis of the data available in the modern literature, prognostic factors, and modern methods of rehabilitation of cancer patients after endoprosthetic reconstruction following resection of the lower extremity long bones. Material and methods. We assessed reports of clinical trials published over the past 10 years, which evaluated prognostic factors, rehabilitation programs for cancer patients who underwent endoprosthetic reconstruction following resection of the lower extremity long bones, depending on the location and size of the implant and the age of the patient. The review also evaluated various prognostic factors that affected functional recovery following resection of the lower extremity long bones. Results. Findings that helped in choosing the best option for surgical treatment, thus providing the best quality of life in the postoperative period, were published. Conclusion. Further studies are needed to optimize rehabilitation techniques and develop new algorithms for the treatment of cancer patients who underwent endoprosthetic reconstruction following resection of the lower extremity long bones.
