Abstract:Standardmäßig erhalten Personen mit Amputationen oberhalb des Ellenbogens myoelektrische Prothesen, die über die Aktivität von 2 Muskeln gesteuert werden. Deren langsame, unintuitive Steuerung führt zu hohen Ablehnungsraten. Seit einigen Jahren stehen zusätzlich selektive Nerventransfers, sog. Target Muscle Reinnervation (TMR), zur Verfügung.
