Abstract

I would also like to thank past and current members of the Price Lab for creating and maintaining a unique research environment. Dr. Jiannan Guo properly introduced me to biochemistry and taught me how to perform in vitro transcriptions. John Brogie regularly challenged my sanity and provided hours of discussion.
