Regulating For-Hire Autonomous Vehicles for An Equitable Multimodal Transportation Network

Abstract: This paper assesses the equity impacts of for-hire autonomous vehicles (AVs) and investigates regulatory policies that promote the spatial and social equity in future autonomous mobility ecosystems.
