Recent research strongly supports the idea that cardiac activity is involved in the organisation of behaviour, including social behaviour and social cognition. The aim of this work was to explore the complexity of heart rate variability, as measured by permutation entropy, while individuals were making moral judgements about harmful actions and omissions. Participants (N ¼ 58, 50% women, age 21-52 years old) were presented with a set of moral dilemmas describing situations when sacrificing one person resulted in saving five other people. In line with previous studies, our participants consistently judged harmful actions as less permissible than equivalently harmful omissions (phenomenon known as the "omission bias"). Importantly, the response times were significantly longer and permutation entropy of the heart rate was higher when participants were evaluating harmful omissions, as compared to harmful actions. These results may be viewed as a psychophysiological manifestation of differences in causal attribution between actions and omissions. We discuss the obtained results from the positions of the system-evolutionary theory and propose that heart rate variability reflects complexity of the dynamics of neurovisceral activity within the organism-environment interactions, including their social aspects. This complexity can be described in terms of entropy and our work demonstrates the potential of permutation entropy as a tool of analyzing heart rate variability in relation to current behaviour and observed cognitive processes.

Based on bullying or toxic relationship that happen around us which can hit women or men, child or adult and mostly teenagers makes researcher realize that the victims are need something to protect their self, which is self esteem. Related to this background, a youtuber named Liz with her channel “The Wizard liz” made a video titled “Life Lesson from a People Pleaser” that explained to viewers how she struggle through her bullying experience. This study aims to know how Liz can improve her self esteem and escape her struggles from The Wizzardliz content. Researcher used qualitative methods in this study, the data would be pictures or subtitles that showed about the way Liz build her self esteem. To analyzed the data, researcher use self esteem theory from Coopersmith that have four indicators which is successes, aspirations, values, and defenses. For the result, there is statements that revealed of the indicators which is power, acceptance, support, and action that Liz have done and get it from her family to upgrading her self esteem. The conclusion is every individuals need to know about their self esteem, so every individuals can respect their self first without hurting anyone. And they must respect the others too for uphold the human rights.

This qualitative research aimed to explore the principal's role in improving the quality of students at the Southwest Aceh public special school. In particular, this study discusses the role of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators in improving student quality with the main research question what is the role of school principals in improving student quality? This research was conducted using a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, supervisors, vice principals, and teachers, as well as observing and reviewing existing documents and literature on the role of the principal. The research findings reveal the school principal's role in improving students' quality, namely that the principal cares about harmonization with students, guides, provides motivation and creates learning programs and skills that can improve student quality. In addition, the results of this study also found that the school principal also administered the data of tipped students and provided rewards and punishments for students who violated school rules. In addition, the findings of this study also found that there were obstacles to improving student quality, namely the management of students in the teaching and learning process united in one class, not based on disabilities. Students mixed with deaf, mentally retarded, disabled, and autistic students are in one class taught by one class teacher, so the achievement of learning objectives is very difficult to realize, and the teacher is very difficult to handle students. The findings from this study have significant implications for the role of school principals in improving student quality because school principals are the most crucial element in schools for improving student quality. Therefore, this study recommends increasing the role of school principals in improving the quality of students for the benefit of Indonesia as a whole.
