Regression-based estimation of heterogeneous treatment effects when extending inferences from a randomized trial to a target population

Abstract

Data and computing code availability:The data analyses in our paper used CASS research materials obtained from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Biologic Specimen and Data Repository Information Coordinating Center. We have provided code for implementing the two-step estimation procedure to reproduce similar figures on a simulated dataset for the R environment on GitHub (link omitted for review).
