Regional Sso Control: Key Elements and Examples From the City of Detroit's Long-Term Wastewater Master Plan

Abstract: As part of its long-term wastewater master plan (WWMP), the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) is preparing a regional analysis to assist in eliminating sanitary sewer overflows (SSO) and to enable municipal customers to comply with federal and state SSO regulations.
