“…The treatment of RO is controversial [10,23] varying from a more conservative approach, including the use of restorations to protect permanent teeth or simply long-term follow-up until the skeletal growth is complete, to immediate extraction of affected teeth, followed by prosthetic rehabilitation [3,7,23]. In the present case, due to delayed development and eruption of teeth and considering the susceptibility of affected teeth to infection, it was decided to extract the teeth compromised by RO and proceed with prosthetics rehabilitation with implants in the future after the complete development of the maxilla.…”
