<p class="Abstract">In order to improve and promote students' environmental knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour, integrating environmental education into the primary education curriculum has become a key issue for environmental education. For this reason, this study aimed to investigate elementary school students' acceptance of technology applying digital game-based learning (DGBL) to environmental education. A total of 32 fourth graders in an elementary school participated in a seven-week DGBL teaching experiment. After the experimental teaching session, a survey concerning "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", and "user intentions" was conducted. The results show that the DGBL system is suitable for both genders at all levels of experience. In addition, the 4th grade students' "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "attitudes toward use", and "intention to use" reveal a high degree of positive and significant correlations. Furthermore, a path analysis verifies that DGBL acceptance will be directly influenced by a learner's "attitude toward use" and "perceived usefulness." Finally, when designing DGBL for 4th graders, the rich learning content and ease of use should be taken into account because they significantly contribute to a learner's intention to use the system, which may result in greater learning effectiveness.</p>

The aim of this research is to examine the knowledge levels of classroom teacher candidates about global warming. The survey model was used in the study. The sample of the study consists of a total of 324 teacher candidates studying in the Kastamonu University Faculty of Education. The research was carried out in the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. Global warming knowledge scale was used as a data gathering tool. In the analysis of the data, t-test for independent groups, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Bonferroni test were used. According to the findings, it has been determined that there was a significant difference in favor of female teacher candidates according to the gender variable who have been studying at the fourth grade level. However, when the knowledge levels of classroom teacher candidates studying at different grade levels on global warming were examined, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the scores of the first grade teacher candidates and the second, third and fourth grade teacher candidates in favor of the second, third and fourth grade teacher candidates

The aim of this research; secondary, high school and university levels of the students to understand the concepts related to ecology of Bayburt in Turkey. In this study, a progressive research method was used. In this method, conceptual understanding test was used as data collection tool. Open-ended test questions were used in this study. The test consisted of 150 students, 50 were from the secondary school, 50 were from the high school and 50 from the university in Bayburt. The data obtained from the test indic ate that the meanings of the ecological concept are in different categories and that this concept is not fully understood by the students at all three levels of learning. While students at secondary level relate the concepts related to ecology to their everyday use, high school and university students have more scientific definitions in their descriptions. In addition, misconceptions regarding these concepts have been identified at all levels of learning.
