Reframing our stories: Addressing barriers faced by Black people trying to access a career in clinical psychology

Abstract: This article describes how and why Black trainee and assistant psychologists responded to the limited ethnic diversity within the profession, by creating a ‘community-based network’, offering tailored support and a ‘safe space’ for Black aspiring clinical psychologists.
