Refractory Erosive Oral Lichen Planus Associated with Hepatitis C: Response to Topical Tacrolimus Ointment

Abstract: This case supports the safety and efficacy of topical tacrolimus in patients with steroid-refractory OLP associated with chronic hepatitis C.
