Refractive surgery in myopic, glaucomatous patient

Abstract: Purpose This lecture will focus on preoperative examination, IOP changes and postoperative considerations, identifying the patients at higher risk for developing glaucoma and selecting an appropriate and personalized approach. Conclusion Most refractive surgeries are performed between the 3th and the 5th decade of a patients’ life.
