Abstract:We proposed a reflowable liquid crystal (LC) geometric phase element for vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) projector. By photo alignment technology and LC one drop fill process, we realized an active LC geometric phase element and pattern switchable VCSEL projector.
