Reflexionen zu einem social turn in den privacy studies

Abstract: Ist es gerechtfertigt, derzeit von einem social turn in den privacy studies zu sprechen? Auf der Suche nach einer Antwort auf diese Frage bingt das Kapitel die Perspektiven dreier akademischer Disziplinen zusammen: der Sozialwissenschaft, der Rechtswissenschaft und der Philosophie.
