Reflecting on compliance with Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment codes of good practice: Trends and suggestions

Abstract: Purpose: Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) legislation was introduced to promote the economic participation of black people in the South African economy.
