Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are non-coding RNAs approximately 22 nucleotides in length. miRNAs regulate gene expression by binding to target mRNAs, inhibiting translation, or promoting mRNA degradation. miRNAs are of great importance in the development of disease.
