Refinement of dynamic equilibrium using small random perturbations

Abstract: We propose a refinement process of dynamic equilibria based on small random perturbations (SRPs) of the backward perfect foresight (bpf) equilibrium map in a class of one‐step, forward‐looking dynamic models.
