Reduced stress perfusion in myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries

Abstract: Background: Myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) constitutes a working diagnosis. Early cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) is recommended, however cannot provide a diagnosis in 25% of MINOCA cases.
