Reduced prefrontal cortex and sympathetic nervous system activity correlate with fatigue after aHSCT

Abstract: Long-term fatigue and cognitive dysfunction affects 35% of allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT) survivors, suggesting a dysfunctional prefrontal cortex.
