“…These results clearly demonstrated that the introduction of GO could greatly enhanced the photocatalytic activity of Ag 3 PO 4 . The similar results are also obtained in previous works reported by Wang et al, in which the loading content of graphene (or grapheme oxide) is crucial for optimizing the photocatalytic performance [54,55]. For the investigation of the mineralization of MB in the photocatalytic degradation process, we measured the TOC value of the solution in different times.…”

“…The broad band at 3432 cm −1 and the peak at 1621 cm −1 are attributed to the H-O-H bending and O-H stretching of the absorbed H 2 O molecules, respectively. [ 17 ] The FTIR of GZ and GZP exhibited a number of peaks with in the frequency range of 450-520 cm −1 , which are the characteristic peaks of Zr-O stretching frequency of ZrO 2 . The presence of PANI in all the GZP composites was confi rmed from the bands at 1565 and 1488 cm −1 , which are associated with the stretching vibration of quinonoid (Q) and benzenoid (B) rings, respectively.…”

“…The rGO serves as an excellent platform for CdS NPs based on its high specific surface area and a superior electrical conductivity [6]. The rGOCdS nanocomposites were studied previously by many groups [7,8]. However, in these studies the authors have paid attention only to see the photodegradation of organic dyes with visible light only.…”
