Abstract:The lack of basic natural history and distributional data represents a challenge for the conservation of rare and endemic amphibian species. This is the case of “Centrolene” acanthidiocephalum, a poorly known glassfrog endemic to the Cordillera Oriental of the Colombian Andes.
