Redirecting Human T Lymphocytes toward Tumor-Associated Antigens by T Cell Receptor (TCR) Replacement.

Abstract: The gene transfer of alpha and beta chains derived from a defined TCR has been successfully applied to endow T cells with specificities directed against tumor-associated antigens.
