Redefinition of procurement process with BIM in the Czech Republic

Abstract: The paper is describing process of preparation of the evaluation methodology that will help public and private contracting authorities to evaluate an appropriate supplier of the BIM methodology for their projects. Such a methodology will accurately define requirements for BIM implementation for different phases of the project.
