Redefining Hemorrhage in Diverticulitis: Complicated Diverticulitis or Exacerbation of Diverticular Bleeding?

Abstract: AIM: Lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage in a patient presenting with diverticulitis shifts the diagnosis from uncomplicated to complicated diverticulitis leading to more aggressive treatment measures.
