The article aims to establish the feasibility of interactive technologies in the study of foreign languages, as well as increasing student motivation through the active involvement of interactive technologies and assess the attitude of participants in the educational process to informatization of learning. The research methodology is based on a set of methods: questioning, interview method, observation, descriptive method. The main method in the work is the method of experiment. The result is to establish the level of motivation of students in the conditions of involvement of interactive technologies in learning. Prospective in further research further work on the development of interactive technologies, adapted for educational purposes, determining the level of motivation of students to learn foreign languages.

The introduction of new technologies makes it possible to implement a wider range of methods and techniques in distance learning. The relevance of research on the quality, efficiency and potential of modern communication channels is gaining momentum in the modern educational paradigm. The purpose of the study is to consider the educational potential of high-tech means of communication and applications that allow expanding modern communication opportunities during distance learning in the free economic zone. Methods: system and logical analysis; information synthesis method; experimental method and questionnaire; systematization, generalization. Results: 42 respondents (student-volunteers) took part in the experimental research. In order to determine the technological and communicative readiness of the respondents, preliminary tests were introduced, and at the end of the experiment post-tests. The results of the experimental study proved that in the process of mastering communication skills during distance learning significantly increases the number of hightech technical means used, which has a positive effect on students' communication skills. The hypothesis that high-tech communication tools that were used in the experimental group should be used in the learning process in terms of distance learning has been confirmed. The novelty of the study is that it describes and analyzes the effectiveness of the use of communicative opportunities in distance learning in order to identify the frequency of their use.

The research objective was highlighting the importance that the headmaster's leadership style and the organizational environment have on teachers' perception regarding work performance achievement. Thus, it is to be analysed whether those who are appointed in management positions understand the true meaning of the task they have and the strong impact their leadership style and their way of facing problems in the most unexpected moments can have on the entire organization. At the same time, it is to be studied which are the factors that influence the progress and performance of an organization, what is the level of involvement of the human and material resources necessary to obtain the proposed results and how we can improve both the management activity and the relationships with the employees in order to achieve all the set objectives. In this regard, we conducted a research that aimed at highlighting the role of the headmasters' leadership style, as perceived by teachers and the organizational environment, on how teachers perceive work performance. The results of this research may be the basis for future more thorough research, with a larger teacher sample, aiming at identifying a larger number of answers at the same questions and their interpretation, in order to verify if the present study hypothesis will be confirmed too.
