Red Laser Irradiation Effect on the Structural Properties of MawsoniteCu6Fe2SnS8 [CFTS] Thin Films Deposited via Semi-Computerized Spray Pyrolysis Technique
Abstract:The existing investigation explains the consequence of irradiation of violet laser on the structure properties of MawsoniteCu6Fe2SnS8 [CFTS] thin films. The film was equipped by the utilization of semi-computerized spray pyrolysis technique (SCSPT), it is the first time that this technique is used in the preparation and irradiation using a laser. when the received films were processed by continuous red laser (700 nm) with power (>1000mW) for different laser irradiation time using different number of times a… Show more
“…The FTIR result shows the characteristic peaks of 440 cm −1 and 565 cm −1 corresponding to Fe–O, 53,54 1440 cm −1 to N–H, 55 1630 cm −1 to H–O–H and 3370 cm −1 to N–H, 56,57 which is consistent with the XPS analysis results (Fig. 2e).…”
As a practical approach for hydrogen generation, electrolysis water-splitting, particularly in seawater, is considered an attractive technique. Herein, Fe-Ni based compound onto NiFe foam (Fe-Ni-O-N) is in-situ engineered via ambient...
