Red beetroot: Health benefits, production techniques, and quality maintaining for food industry

Abstract: Red beetroot (Beta vulgaris L. ssp. vulgaris) belongs to Chenopodiaceae family, which includes nearly 1,400 species and the members of dicotyledons (Paciulli et al., 2016).
