Recyclization of 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazolines in the reaction with N-nucleophiles

Abstract: The reactions of 5-hydroxy-1-tosyl-2-pyrazolines with amines or with hydrazine have been investigated. We have shown that these compounds are convenient substrates for the synthesis of 5-aminosubstituted pyrazolines and NH-pyrazoles.
