Recurrent spontaneous perforation of intestinal lymphoma

Abstract: The possibility of intestinal lymphoma should be kept in mind when operating upon an immunodeficient child with an intestinal perforation without apparent reason; the phenomenon can recur during the post-operative period without being recognized early.
