Recurrent Pyloric Stenosis in a Patient with Kleefstra Syndrome: A Clinical Case Report

Abstract: Background: Infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis refractory to initial complete pyloromyotomy is extremely rare and distinguished from incomplete pyloromyotomy by a prolonged postoperative symptomatic improvement before symptom recurrence.
