Abstract: Introduction-Whole genome sequencing of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [DLBCL] has identified recurrent mutations involved in pathogenesis and potentially affecting response to therapy. In this pilot study, a targeted gene panel was created to identify mutations associated with relapse/refractoriness.
